US SHIPPING
Complimentary shipping on all US orders via USPS First Class Mail.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. International shipping is calculated real-time on the checkout page, so you pay exactly what it costs us to ship your package. Please note, any additional customs fees and/or taxes in your country are not included in our shipping costs and is the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay and PayPal. In the case one or more items in an order is SOLD OUT, we will refund the partial order, and ship what is available. We do not wait list or backorder online orders.

TAXES
Sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to the state of Virginia.

REFUND POLICY
At this time, we do not accept refunds on our products. We cannot offer a 'color' guarantee. We try our ultimate best to ensure the accuracy of the nail lacquer in our photographs, however, colors may vary due to user monitor settings.

DAMAGE POLICY

Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs of arrival. We require photo confirmation of the item(s) damaged. A refund or replacement bottle will be issued. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
